It all depends on how much your time is worth. I doubt anybody with a real career earning for example $90 an hour would resort to growing their own food.

Also when you do your own thing, the government can’t tax it. When the government runs out of money, it’d prohibit that lifestyle, no matter how green it is.

I see they use plastic. That’s not green. Plastic took energy to produce.

Anyway, this is how most of the world has lived all through history. It’s nothing new, it’s not a fad……it’s how humans have survived since we discovered we could grow on our food.
