Printing pictures is going to cost money if you do it anywhere other than your home computer.

As far as printing “tiny pictures”, what exactly do you mean? What size are you looking for? Are you talking about small icons that are approximately 1″x1″? Or wallet size (2.5″x3.5″). The best thing to do is use a program such as Photoshop to create a canvas that is the size of your largest paper and then make a collage of all the images. You can then use either scissors to cut the individual photos out or use a paper slicer (found at most copy shops) if the images line up straight on the sides.
