Why does Target not have site to store shipping?
I just made a purchase on Target.com and was disappointed (irritated) by two things. First, and most important, there was no “site to store” shipping option so they make you pay shipping on anything you buy. And second there was no option to pay using PayPal. So I guess my question is, how does Target expect to compete with Wal Mart when they provide such inferior service?

Well you have to think about it, if people don’t make complaints then tehre would be no need in changing it
